Step-by-step action plan

Define one ideal customer and the specific result they should get from Etsy Digital Prints.
Interview five potential customers and note the exact words they use to describe the problem.
Create a one-sentence starter offer: ai-assisted wall art and printables.
Build the smallest useful sample or demo you can show before asking for payment.
Set a starter price, a clear delivery window and one simple way for customers to pay.
Contact 20 qualified prospects with a personalized message and a link to the sample.
Deliver the first order manually, ask for a testimonial and document every repeatable step.
Review replies, sales and delivery time each week; improve the weakest stage before adding more channels.
