Affiliate Disclosure
How side hustles may earn money from the tools we recommend โ and the rules we hold ourselves to.
The short version
Some links on side hustles are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up or buy, we may earn a commission โ at no extra cost to you.
Affiliate relationships never decide what we recommend. Every blueprint's tools and resources are chosen because they fit the job, not because of a payout.
Why this page exists
Canadian advertising rules (Competition Act) and ad platforms require us to clearly disclose paid relationships. We'd rather tell you plainly anyway: running this site costs money, and affiliate commissions are one way it can support itself.
What an affiliate link looks like
When a blueprint, guide or the Tools directory links to a tool โ like a website builder, email platform or AI service โ that link may contain a referral tag. If you make a purchase after clicking, the company pays us a small percentage.
You never pay more by using our link. In some cases you may pay less, if we can pass along a discount.
What we don't do
We don't accept payment for rankings, placements or 'featured' badges in the Tools directory.
We don't recommend tools we wouldn't (or don't) consider using for the job ourselves.
We don't promote get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes or anything that promises guaranteed income โ and if a partner ever asks us to, the answer is no.
Other ways the site may make money
In the future, side hustles may offer paid products (courses, templates, premium features) or display sponsorships. Any sponsored content will be clearly labelled.
